Returns Policy

Cancellations and Returns

At Flooring365.co.uk, we use a variety of delivery methods including our own vehicles and third-party parcel or pallet carriers. If you are not entirely happy with your order, the following policy will apply.

Distance Selling Regulations

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving the goods. All returns and cancellations must follow the guidelines laid out in the “Distance Selling Regulation,” which can be found at:

Cancellation Before Dispatch

If goods have not been dispatched, we will refund the full invoice amount minus any associated costs within 14 working days of notification.

Returns After Delivery

If you have taken delivery of your goods, you must return them to us at your own expense following our authorisation. Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the order in full, less any direct expenses incurred in fulfilling the original agreement. Returns are not accepted on sale items.

Direct Expenses

Direct expenses include any delivery costs, picking fees or a 20% restocking fee, whether charged or not.

Return Requirements

You can return your order up to 14 days after the day of delivery, provided it is in a condition to be resold. The condition will be checked upon return. If you do not meet the following requirements, we cannot accept the return:

Packaging

Carefully open your order without ripping the packaging. Most products can be opened with a knife along the tape.

Pallet

Ask the delivery driver to leave the pallet. For collection, products must be securely strapped to a pallet in collectable condition.

Refunds

Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date of return. If a product is faulty, we will replace it at our cost upon receipt of photo evidence emailed to sales@flooring365.co.uk. If you change your mind, we will refund you less any delivery costs. You may also return the product yourself by arrangement with our office.

Orders

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Showroom Sales

We do not accept returns on items purchased in person from our showroom. All showroom sales are final.
