Will my flooring be safe while in storage?

Absolutely — your flooring is in safe hands with us. Once your order is placed into storage, it’s carefully stored in our secure, dry, and temperature-appropriate warehouse, specifically designed to protect flooring materials like wood, laminate, and LVT.

We know how important it is to keep flooring in the right environment — especially natural wood, which can be sensitive to moisture and temperature changes. Our facility is regularly monitored, clean, and designed to keep all products in excellent condition, just as they were when they left the factory.

Rest assured, your flooring won’t be stacked carelessly or exposed to anything that could damage it. We treat every order with care, whether it’s stored for a few days or the full 6 weeks (or longer!). Many of our customers say it’s a huge relief knowing their flooring is being looked after properly while they finish off other parts of their home.
