How do I request storage for my order?

Requesting storage with us is super easy — we want this part to be as stress-free as possible! If you know you’ll need us to hold onto your flooring, you can add a note at checkout or simply get in touch with our customer service team after placing your order. A quick call or email is all it takes.

Once we've confirmed your request, we’ll move your order into our secure storage facility and make a note on your account. When you're ready for delivery — whether it’s in two weeks or six — just let us know, and we’ll schedule it for a date that suits you. It’s all very flexible, because we know every project has its own pace.
